The Membership of the International Society for Wearable Technology runs from January 1^st - December 31^rd of each Calender year.
Memberships are personal, non-institutional, non-refundable and non-tranferrable to other persons nor instances. Cancelled Memberships are not entitled to any refunds for a partly joined Society Year. The Membership of the International Society for Wearable Technology in Healthcare - WATCH- is valid only after payment and board acceptance, from moment of joining until the 31^st of December of each year; and will be continued automatically unless unsubscribed before the 1^st of December of the current year. Membership Terms and Conditions are displayed on our website. Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time without further notice to Member. The Society reserves the right to refuse Membership and/or terminate Membership immediately if the Member injures, damages or counteracts in any way to the Interests of the Society, to be determined by the discretion of the Board. 

MEMBERSHIPS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED UNLESS TERMINATED BY THE MEMBER HIM- OR HERSELF BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO: (info[dot]watch-society[dot]com).
